Registration forms must be turned in by noon at the event or paid online by midnight the day before the event. Pledge money can be brought to the event and can be paid online at our website to sponsor someone walking. Please sign waiver on back.
DOG WALK SAFETY RULES - All dogs must wear a collar, be on leash, socialize well with other dogs, be current on vaccinations, including canine influenza and not be in heat.
GO CAT-NAPPERS - Collect pledges as a Cat-Napper but your cat gets to snooze from home.
RAISING PLEDGES FOR DOG WALK - All pledge contributions are tax deductible. Please encourage your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to make a donation to the Humane Society of Oldham County in support of your participation in this event. Every dollar donated can help us save the life of a homeless animal. Prizes will be awarded to individuals who raise the highest amount of pledges.
FORMING A TEAM FOR DOG WALK - Do you have a group of friends, neighbors or co-workers who would like to walk together and show-off your team spirit? Put a team together and set pledge goal. Check with your employer to see if they will match your pledges.
